Our goal is simple - establish a Green Tree Rich society. 

The Founder Mr Gangi Setty ~ How it was Born

The Green Tree foundation was started in 2008 by Gangi Setty, a teacher and social worker raised in the region who understands the problems facing the population and the ecosystem of the Anantapur region.  Mr. Setty experienced the hunger and social problems that are common in the area and made his goal in life to find sustainable solutions that would benefit the people and the ecosystem. As a teacher Gangi Setty has brought knowledge to children and adults about the relationship of nature and people. 

Spiritual Genisis

Mr. Setty believes that there is a green tree in every person and that it needs to be nourished and cared for to create a forest of healthy and giving souls. Mr Setty trusts in spiritual connectivity between the outer greenery and the inner greenery.  He believes in the strong correlation between re-greening and dissolving mental poverty and suffering.
